Returns:
Our return policy spans 30 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing ample time for requests.
To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition - unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase for eligibility.
To initiate a return, contact us at lowris.shop@gmail.com. Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return address for you to return at your cost.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Notify us immediately if you discover any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was received. We will promptly assess the issue and take corrective action.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. For queries about specific items, reach out to us.
Please note that eGift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
For a swift exchange, return the original item, and upon approval, make a separate purchase for the desired replacement.
No Exchanges for custom/ personalised products.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and post the refund.
